I tailor each session to your needs to help you uncover patterns and create meaningful change.
How much do therapy sessions cost?
Each 50-minute session is priced at £70. I also offer concessions for students and clients with low income because I believe that everyone should have access to the support they need to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies from person to person. For some, a few sessions can spark significant breakthroughs, while others may benefit from longer-term work. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and craft a plan that best suits your individual needs.
